While I work with various life struggles, I specialize in identity development, self-image/esteem/value, healthy communication and relationship development, grief/loss, and trauma. I use several evidence-based treatment approaches when appropriate to the presenting concern including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). My style is warm, relatable, and compassionate. As a psychologist who is committed to the development of the whole person, I am interested in all of the factors that come together to influence who you have become, to determine those that will impact who you ultimately determine you are destined to be. Our partnership will allow us to stir the power within you by discovering your values, dreams, goals, and abilities.
