I provide individual and couples counseling and therapy services for ages 5 and up. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing grief, loss and major life changes. My approach to counseling is focused on strengths, coping, empathetic listening and is completely client driven. I also utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, emotion focused and brief therapies.
I also offer consultation and outreach support services to schools, businesses and other organizations based on the type of support you need. Whether it be support for a death, assistance in starting a support group or an informational speaking engagement; I can tailor a program to fit your needs.
