I am a Certified Grief Educator and am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Another area of specialty is with persons struggling with eating disorders. The complex nature of eating disorders is best met with a holistic approach and willingness to collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and dietitians. I have worked extensively with these professionals. I believe full recovery is possible.
I am passionate about helping individuals process grief, explore challenges, and experience personal growth in a safe and nurturing environment. My ultimate goal is to help you take that next step toward eliminating whatever obstacles prevent you from engaging in your own life.
