I offer mindfulness-based life coaching specializing in helping people heal from heartbreak, loss, and grief and restore (and maintain) their emotional well-being. I have two signature programs: The New Plan A (a free podcast offers several short episodes offering simple mindfulness practices) and The Five Ps of Inner Peace (several videos available on my YouTube channel and Facebook page. I offer coaching packages and bundles (with options for between-session support) and payment plans. I do not take insurance.
