Jodi Reffel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis University. She completed her Bachelors degree, in Psychology, from the University of Northern Colorado. She has nearly 15 years of therapeutic experience treating men and women who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self-harming behaviors, eating disorders and suicidal tendencies. She enjoys individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and teaching others the art of mindfulness and emotion regulation.
When Jodi isn’t working, she enjoys being outdoors, working out, cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.
