I have been fascinated by the human psyche from a very young age, and at eleven years old, I began to notice the healing power of listening. I remember thinking to myself, “What if I can better understand, and be even more helpful?” Thus began my journey as a therapist.
Since opening my practice in 2021, I have developed a specialism in trauma and grief care. My roots are in C. G. Jung’s depth analytical psychology, and my practice is highly collaborative; I have supervisors and colleagues in different fields who aid in both my personal healing and in enriching the knowledge I can pass on to my clients. I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field, integrating emerging research with timeless psychological wisdom.
