I am an experienced psychotherapist and recently graduated grief educator based in London, integrating Jungian depth psychology with mind-body healing and trauma-informed work. I am available for in-person and online sessions.
The core of my therapeutic approach involves a deep exploration of the mind, body, and spirit. By fostering a safe and respectful environment, I encourage each client’s unique inner wisdom to guide the healing process. The focus is on embracing your inner world to find balance and resolution.
