As a Grief Educator I am dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space with you. I will guide you along your journey with support every step of the way as you navigate through your grief. Having faced my own losses, I have learned the importance of grief being witnessed-without judgment. We all grieve in different ways. There is no right way to grieve, and it is important to acknowledge it the feelings and understand everything you feel is natura. Keeping busy will only prolong the pain. Grief will always be waiting for us. Simply being with a professional who can quietly sit with you in those moments when you can’t find words can be powerful.
