Services Offered

I am the author of “The Grief Protocol: Solutions to Address Our Bodies’ Hardwired Reaction to Grief.” This book was released in September 2025 outlining clear, easy-to-follow steps to calm our nervous systems while strengthening our mind/body connection allowing us to physiologically process grief.

As a licensed massage therapist, I offer recalibrating bodywork either in person or virtually. This type of work is imperative to the development of resiliency, allowing us to bounce, rather than break, when facing the transmutative nature of grief.

I also lead “Shared Sorrow Support Groups” for those who have experienced estrangements, parental loss, or multiple losses, using the techniques outlined in my book.

I also offered Sound Baths for Those Who Grieve over Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the holidays.

Lastly, I lead online courses on dream interpretations to find purpose in our pain, developing healthy grieving rituals, and art appreciation to assuage grief.

I believe that our humanity is not fully developed until we learn how to grieve with intention.
