There is hope and help. It is possible to get through this. Though the pain will always be with you, it is possible to rebuild your life, putting the pain in perspective.
Over the years, I have helped people in their grief. Even though my specialty has been in anxiety, panic, and stressful life changes, clients have come in to see me with grief issues. After all, grief descends upon all of us, at one time or another in our lives.
