Services Offered
The death of someone you love, whether it was sudden or anticipated, can leave you feeling sad, angry, unable to cope, and even frustrated with friends and family who want you to grieve differently or more quickly. When you’re feeling this overwhelmed, seeking help may not feel like the natural next step, but there is tremendous hope in reaching out for support. As a licensed psychotherapist and grief specialist, I welcome the opportunity to help you gently grieve your loss in a manner that is individually tailored to you and the special relationship you had to your loved one.
