Services Offered
I support leaders, teams, and organizations navigating grief, loss, change, and transition in the workplace.
As a Certified Grief Educator, Executive Leadership Coach, Team Coach, Executive Advisor, Facilitator, and Speaker, my work focuses on the human side of leadership during difficult seasons. I help leaders understand how grief shows up at work, how it impacts decision-making, communication, team dynamics, trust, burnout, belonging, and organizational culture.
My services include individual coaching for leaders navigating personal or professional loss, team coaching for groups experiencing transition or collective grief, and organizational advising for workplaces seeking to respond to grief, change, layoffs, death, caregiving, burnout, or uncertainty with more clarity, compassion, and humanity.
I bring a background in social work, former clinical experience as a therapist, and years of executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development across sectors. My work is not therapy. It is a grounded, leadership-centered approach to helping people and organizations lead through loss without losing their humanity.
Services include:
Individual executive coaching for leaders navigating grief, loss, caregiving, burnout, or major transition
Team coaching for groups experiencing change, conflict, loss, or emotional strain
Organizational advising on grief-informed leadership, culture, communication, and support practices
Facilitated conversations and workshops on grief at work, leading through loss, psychological safety, belonging, and humane leadership
Keynotes and speaking engagements for organizations, associations, conferences, and leadership communities
Leadership support for executives, HR leaders, people managers, and mission-driven professionals seeking to lead with both compassion and clarity
My approach is compassionate, practical, and leadership-focused. I help leaders and organizations create space for grief while still moving forward with intention, accountability, and care.
