My approach to therapy is rooted in the notion that human beings are resilient and capable of growth. I believe that therapy should be a safe space to enhance self-awareness and nurture self-compassion, as well as an opportunity to practice taking actions that propel us toward where we want to be. Together, we can navigate grief and loss, anxiety, transitions, relationship difficulties, and existential crises.
Therapy is a way to process the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences that might compromise our own well-being or our relationships. It’s also a step toward a rich, full, and meaningful life. I use a variety of skills and techniques, including cognitive therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy to facilitate our work together.
Therapy can be intimidating, challenging, and unnerving. But it can also be empowering. I am here to support you on your journey without judgment—whether you’re healing from the past, coping with the present, or growing toward the future.
