Lizi’s Certifications include an M.A. in Counseling, being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Co-Active Coach. Lizi is a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator – Dr. Brené Brown!s skill-based program for Courage Building for organizations, as well as a Daring Greatly™ and Rising StrongTM Certified Facilitator. She is the co-translator to Spanish of the Daring Greatly™ and Rising Strong™ facilitation curricula. Lizi is also certified in LCP – the Leadership Circle Profile.

With over 20 years of experience, Lizi supports individuals, teams, and organizations to elevate their effectiveness, their impact, and their cultures. At the heart of her work is her passion for supporting her clients to step into their full potential by finding their authentic voice, skills, and confidence. Her work includes individual and team coaching to culturally diverse populations, with an emphasis on DEI&B. She has provided over 3,500 hours of coaching in the USA and abroad, and trained in corporations (Roche, Propel, others) on courage-building skills, multicultural awareness, psychological safety, and communication skills. Lizi has experience in non-profit organizations, education, corporations, and in her private practice.
While very personable and accessible, Lizi will challenge you! In her practice, Lizi and her clients focus on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, particularly around those who are holding clients back from living the life they dreamt to live.
Lizi has worked with adults, young adults, couples, and families. Working and supporting her clients has been a passion of hers; Lizi has also facilitated workshops around the world, to empower women to live their most authentic life.
What Lizi enjoys most about her work is the transformation. Coaching is a journey that allows you to move from point A to point B. This transformation occurs through a connection based on trust and respect, which allow coachees to show up, be their most authentic selves, and have a meaningful, positive and successful coaching journey.
Born in México, Lizi has lived in Israel and the USA and is trilingual (Spanish, English, and Hebrew). Her multicultural background and diverse work experience include working with multiple international organizations promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity of the Latinx Hispanic Community and other minority groups around the world. Lizi has facilitated workshops and lectures in the US, Mexico, Spain, Israel, Singapore, and others, culturally adapting the content as needed, and ensuring full value alignment – so participants can show up authentically and courageously.
