When we experience loss, a private space that offers understanding and acceptance of our greatest pain and sorrow can be welcome. Each of us faces loss, or the threat of loss in unique ways. How grief comes to and through us has its own tempo and voice, and these aspects change over time. Support and guidance through the grieving process can be helpful in wayfinding, and in maintaining a lifeline to the present at times when grief can feel overwhelming, and hope out-of-reach.
As a practitioner, I strive to be mindfully present with clients as they walk the coals of the grief process to the other side.
