In my counseling and grief counseling, I use strength-focused and evidence-based approaches in combination with relational cultural theory. My latest trainings include REBT, Biofeedback, and Gottman Method to couples counseling. Anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, migraines, or relationship struggles could be under your control.
My expertise is two-fold: helping adults and couples to navigate through challenging relationships and life transitions, as well as helping children and adolescents improve their emotional and behavioral well-being.
