I am currently providing telehealth only. I work with adult individuals who are experiencing grief from a death loss or non death loss. I provide psychoeducation about the grieving process when working with clients. In sessions, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is incorporated which can help to increase awareness of your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and tenderhearted way.Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is utilized to explore your behaviors and thoughts about the loss. Furthermore, we will explore previous losses and how you coped, what worked and didn’t work.
