I am a licensed mental health practitioner as well as a grief & loss educator . I have supported over thirty years clients with emotional disorder, anxiety and depression ,trauma, loss & grief and neurodiverse clients (ADHD , Asperger Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Prader-Willi syndrome, Down Syndrome). Also addiction,OCD, social & crowd anxiety disorder.
I employ client-centered approach based on trust, respect and cultural-spiritual sensitivity. I utilise the following evidence base modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT), Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing(MI), Poly Vagal Theory, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Theory(CPT), Relational Family Therapy(IFS).
