I offer peer to peer grief support.
I am willing to sit with you, listen to you and provide resource information. Additionally I am available to support those who love someone grieving and are feeling uncertain as to how best to do so.
Zoom or In Person preferred but I will do a phone call if necessary.
I facilitate Grief Retreat/Vigils/Rituals from 2 or 3 hours to day long events.
Additionally I have trained with Francis Weller, PhD (author of ‘The Wild Edge Of Sorrow’) to become a Grief Ritual Tender.
I am currently not charging for my support.
I have been a meditation leader for many years and also utilize a meditative art form called Zentangle®
