Grief and Loss Counseling Services:
Extensive experience in providing high quality behavioral health services to individuals who are experiencing losses in their lives. This includes adjustment difficulties and struggles with functioning due to a variety of losses across relationships and the life span. I utilize empathic and compassionate approaches, as well as CBT and supportive counseling strategies to help individuals navigate this often difficult process in a more healthy and productive manner.
