Welcome to courage!! Therapy is courage, taking the first step to find support is the hardest. My name is Rachna and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I use different techniques that cater to each client’s personal story and journey, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing. I try my best to create a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all my clients. My approach is compassionate and collaborative and I use many different strategies for my clients.
