I specialize in providing individual and group psychotherapy for adults, particularly those struggling with PTSD, chronic fatigue/pain and sensory processing sensitivity/Highly Sensitive Person trait. I utilize a variety of evidence-based counseling methods, including cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness. I employ a highly individualized approach with each client that takes into consideration one’s unique needs, goals and circumstances. My therapeutic style is supportive and strengths-based. I believe in a holistic orientation to care with a focus on wellness and optimizing strengths already in place. I incorporate a variety of mindfulness techniques into my work with clients as it is a highly transformative modality. Generally, we obtain the best results when we address issues in a holistic manner taking into consideration Mind, Body and Spirit.
