I received an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Masters in Advance Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I have specialized training in grief counseling, Emotion Focused Therapy, and depression/anxiety. My focus is on the specific needs of my clients, understanding your unique experience, and tailoring our work together to meet your needs.

My training and experience allow me to understand individuals from the perspective of their relationship with others. The loss of a loved one is a significant event, often bringing feelings of sadness, emptiness, anger, and regret. The adjustment is often lonely and difficult. It would be my honor to accompany you on this path to peace and acceptance.
