I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Adam’s State University. I apply a compassionate interpersonal style to therapy, and absolutely love helping individuals in their pursuit of fulfillment in life. I am mature and deeply committed to the profession. I use a Person-Centered approach in therapy, as well as evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Solution Focused. I recognize that each client is unique and will respond differently to different forms of therapy.
I work with culturally diverse populations and never make judgments or assumptions. All clients are equal and welcome, and will be treated with dignity and respect. I am a Colorado native with a military background, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have served in these communities for years.
