Like you, I’ve been living and dying for several years now! What is becoming clearer to me as I age is that making meaning of life and death sustains me and makes me appreciate my opportunities to grow and learn.
Like you, I’ve had personal health and loss issues. Some of my dearest friends and family members have died or simply left the relationship. Grief is not a stranger to me and my life has taken turns I never planned or wanted.
Like you, I’ve come to this critical juncture in our country and world where stress is ever-present and trauma can be a daily occurrence. There is so much conflict and confusion and so many changes that need to be made.
Quite simply, if you think “talking to someone” would be helpful, I am available. I offer a free initial session for you to think, feel, and sense into the possibility that therapy with me could provide some comfort and direction in your life now.
Whatever you decide, I wish you well. We are all truly in this together and we’ll be walking this road together until we don’t.
