My therapeutic orientation generally includes a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure therapy, etc.). I help people recognize patterns in their behavior, gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behavior, create meaningful change, approach difficulties in interpersonal relationships, reduce stress, cope with anxiety and depression, and improve their outlook on life. I tend to be active in the therapeutic process and I feel that trust, empathy, and acceptance are essential for effective psychotherapy. I specialize in grief (including grief related to death by suicide), couples therapy and relationships, infertility, anxiety (especially OCD, generalized anxiety, phobias, and panic), the college/graduate student population, and working with those in the medical professions. If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call!
I am also a registered yoga teacher and I work to integrate psychotherapy and yoga in group settings, especially focusing on anxiety, sleep, and grief.

Welcome! I bring a warm, compassionate, light-hearted and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I believe that one of our biggest challenges is facing ourselves, and by doing so, we can create a more mindful future. I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and normalizing a space where mental health is just as valued as physical health.
I have experience working with all ages, with much of my time dedicated to young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use a holistic approach to tailor all treatment in a way that will best accommodate your needs and goals using a mix of CBT, ACT, MI and mindfulness.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will honor your commitment to discovering your best self by creating a plan that is personalized to your experiences, needs, and goals. I strive to help everyone I work with lead a fulfilling life in a way that best suits them. I look forward to connecting!
