Hello.  I am a therapist located in Georgetown, Texas, and I provide therapy for adult individuals, age 18 and up.  I deal with many life issues such as anxiety and depression, but one thing that is common among many life issues people experience is grief over a sense of loss, whether it be the loss of a loved one, a job, a friendship, or a past that cannot be regained.

Individual and group counseling is offered to those who are suffering from phase of life experiences due to loss and grief [divorce (parent and child), relationship, job, career, health, domestic violence, and other forms of loss and grief] as well as mental health and Addiction issues. Everyone has suffered some type of grief in his/her life; however, not everyone seek help to understand the changes that may occur in his/her life due to grief and will go through life hurting. No one should have to suffer alone. I am willing to help you start your journey towards healing. Grief has no time zone just memories of happiness and pain. I am here to walk with you on memory lane for as long as you may need.

Creating safe space for individuals and family to process difficult emotions as a result of losing loved ones. I believe that we all need support at different season in life, that is where I come in. I work with my client to explore hurts and struggles, while exploring internal and external resources that leads to resiliency and growth.
