I am a Pet Loss Grief Coach/Certified Grief Educator. I companion pet parents through anticipatory grief, grief after loss (recent and delayed), guilt, trauma, and a number of other challenges and types of grief. I pride myself on my ability to actively listen, to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and have a keen understanding of the human/animal bond. I am Karen, founder of Reset and Rise coaching.  I offer a welcoming, nourishing space where you can be heard, valued and understood. Together we can gently awaken and,  in time,  celebrate your life after loss.

I live near Edinburgh, Scotland and work both online and in person.  I work as a grief educator and coach, intertwining both approaches in response to where you are on your grief journey.

I’d love to help you in a 1:1 situation or as a part of a small group. 

Sessions are around 50 minutes and take place weekly over  a three month period.

I also offer a one off focussed session to work with you on a specific question or to allow you to explore this kind of support.

I am passionate about helping those who are trying to support people in grief and therefore include friends, family and work colleagues in my services, providing guidance and confidence around the unspoken and tricky landscape of grief.
