I am available for 1:1 or group grief education.  I have experienced loss by suicide and would be honored offer guidance through this.

I am open to discussing other special forms of grief that may or may not include loss of life.  Some examples are grief of letting go of a relationship, grief of letting go of a job, grief of letting go of a lifestyle.  This list goes on, and I will honor, witness, and hold space for any grief has found you.

I am a grief educator and compassionate coach supporting people through loss, illness, and life transitions with tenderness, clarity, safety and grounded presence. I work with individuals and groups who want to understand their grief—not fix it—and learn how to live alongside it with resilience and meaning. My work integrates grief education, trauma-informed coaching, and embodied inquiry to help people make sense of loss, reconnect with themselves, and move forward without bypassing their pain.

My work blends grief education, cancer journey coaching, life coaching, and Compassionate Inquiry, offering a space where emotions are welcomed and the nervous system can soften.

With over 800 hours of coaching experience and deep training in trauma-informed, compassion-based approaches, I’ve supported women, students, and men in transition, as well as cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors through both private work and community-based volunteering.

I am a certified Grief Educator, having completed the 12-Week Grief Educator Certification through Grief.com. I support individuals and groups navigating the complex terrain of loss, with particular experience in traumatic grief. I am also a certified professional coach (PCC) with an extensive experience in helping people reach their potential professionally and personally.

For the past four years, I have worked with suicide loss survivors through the Distress Centre’s of Greater Toronto, facilitating support groups and providing one-to-one support. Walking alongside individuals and families after suicide has shaped my understanding of how layered, isolating, and complicated grief can be. My work is grounded in compassion, safety, and deep respect for each person’s unique grieving process.

While my specialty is supporting suicide survivors, I also work with individuals grieving other forms of loss — including sudden death, illness, complicated family dynamics, and other life-altering transitions. Grief is not something to “fix.” It is something to witness, honor, and integrate.

My approach combines education, emotional processing, and practical tools to help clients:

• Understand the nature of grief and traumatic loss

• Reduce isolation and shame

• Develop healthy coping strategies

• Rebuild meaning and connection over time

Whether in a group setting or through one-on-one support, I create a space where people can speak openly, feel understood, and move forward at their own pace.
