Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, facing a major life transition, or experiencing multiple or identity-shifting losses, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace.

Als Natuur, Life en Rouw Coach creëer ik een veilige en compassievolle ruimte voor mensen die verlies ervaren. Of je nu rouwt om het overlijden van een dierbare, midden in een grote levensverandering zit zoals het verlies van je baan of meerdere verliezen tegelijk inclusief het verlies van je identiteit — ik loop graag met je mee, in jouw tempo.

Rouw is heel persoonlijk. Samen kijken we naar jouw unieke manier van rouwen, met ruimte om te voelen, te reflecteren en geleidelijk weer je leven op te bouwen. Met veel zorg, en aandachtig en diep luisteren, in verbinding met de natuur, ondersteun ik mensen via 1:1 coaching, rouw cirkels, en natuurgerichte activiteiten & lichaamsoefeningen die je helpen op een authentieke en liefdevolle manier je weg voorwaarts te vinden.

My programs are developed for widows and widowers. I empower widows and widowers (and partners) to journey beyond their grief into a joyful new life. From feeling lost and lonely to living and loving life.

Online – Zoom:

My Coaching and Programs are Online through Zoom. You are then able to join from anywhere around the world from the comfort of your own home.

– There are different levels of the group program that are available depending on where you are on your grief journey.

–Complimentary Calls – I offer a complimentary call to help you to determine where you are on your journey and create a visual map outlining the steps to move you forward. Knowing that it is possible to move out of the loneliness, emptiness, and suffering. Shining a light on your path where you can begin to see hope. Gain clarity. and find some comfort. That your new life is waiting for you.

I provide compassionate support and coping skills to individuals going through loss and grief. Grief is a universal human experience about endings, not just death. There are many reasons why people grieve, including: loss of a job, a diagnosis, relationships ending, divorce, pet loss, death of a loved one and more.

I offer one-on-one grief coaching sessions virtually and globally. If you are local to Fairfield County, CT and would like to meet in person, I am happy to see you in my office.

Grief Education Workshops for groups are available and will be customized to client needs.

I offer compassionate support and practical tools to help individuals navigate the deep and complex journey of grief. Whether you’re facing the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or simply feeling the weight of emotional pain, I’m here to support you with care and understanding. While I’m honored to walk alongside anyone experiencing loss, my heart is especially attuned to those coping with twin loss. This includes twinless twins, family members of twins, those grieving a twin lost in utero, and mothers mourning a twin during pregnancy or at birth.

In times of loss, people often seek ways to ease the emotional weight they carry. For some, alcohol becomes a way to numb the pain—but rather than soothing, it can delay healing and leave grief unresolved. If you’re beginning to question your relationship with alcohol and feel it may be impacting your well-being, know this: you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore healing and rediscover balance—for anyone struggling with the overuse of alcohol.
