I help people in grief take gentle steps towards creating health and well-being for themselves so they can move from stagnation to finding joy and purpose. By creating a foundation of well-being, people can find the focus and energy to begin to embrace life again even after their loss.

As a Soul Coach/Life Coach and Certified Grief Educator, I sit with people who wish to deepen their healing journey and live an authentic life.  After the death of a loved one, or other profound losses that can occur in life, a container of compassion and understanding and listening is key.  It is my heartfelt intent and privilege to provide this kind of space.  Together we walk through your journey with grief, at your pace.  Everyone’s journey is different and it’s important to honour that.   Also, when the time feels right for you, we might look at finding meaning and purpose in life, so that your inner peace and strength builds again.  There are a number of approaches in my medicine bag that will support you to alleviate some of the pain and suffering that we all experience when we are grieving and trying to make sense of life.
