As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (Dip CBH) and Certified Grief Educator, I offer therapeutic support that bridges coaching and therapy — helping clients process grief, regulate emotions, and strengthen resilience in the face of change.

I support clients experiencing grief and personal loss — whether the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship or marriage, estrangement, loss of career, or the passing of a beloved pet.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, coaching psychology, and grief education to help you navigate the emotional intensity of loss, manage anxiety, and rebuild a sense of calm, meaning, and direction.

The Angel Moms VIP Community

As a grieving mom, I know how important connection is, so I’ve created a beautiful healing space just for moms who are dealing with the devastation of child loss. In this private group, I facilitate group discussions, host guest speakers, arrange activities such as grief yoga and journaling exercises, and much more. It’s an opportunity to interact with other “Angel Moms”, form friendships, and come together for events (live or online).

Helping people gently recover from significant emotional loss. Based in Surrey, UK, I am licensed to work both in person and online. Gently guiding people to recovery so they can move on from death (human or animal), divorce, estrangement or any other kind of loss and return fully to living.

I came to the Grief Recovery Program via my own grief journey, as a result of several losses, including my father’s suicide and the death of my partner of 17 years. The work I have done has allowed me to live my life fully again, keeping hold of fond memories and letting go of the pain.

I am now delighted to be able to offer support as a Certified Grief Educator and as a Grief Recovery Method Advanced Specialist, to help people move on from the pain of a broken heart and it will be my privilege to lead you carefully and safely through the action steps to recovery.
