I believe we are body, mind and spirit.
Therefore, I use an integrative approach flowing between story work, trauma informed body based practices and spirituality.
I long to create a safe space and relationship rooted in compassion and curiosity where people can process grief, challenges and be invited to grow, heal, find meaning and become more whole.
I consider it an honor and privilege to come alongside others on their journey of awareness and integration.

I specialize in helping clients move through the pain and grief of life’s most challenging transitions. I’m passionate about supporting women dealing with divorce after betrayal, infidelity, and abandonment, as well as helping clients navigate the grief accompanying the death of a loved one and honor the less-recognized grief of transitions(changing jobs, moving, becoming a care-giver, empty nesting, and more). I offer coaching sessions and packages targeted to each client’s individual needs.

I’m the director on the Boston and South-Africa based, nonprofit (501 c 3) Animal Talks, an ordained nondenominational Pastor, ordained Animal Chaplain, and Credentialed Pet Loss and Grief Counselor/Credentialed Life Coach.
In these capacities, my work has focused on the animal-human bond and the grief when that bond has been severed by death. But because the death of a pet is a portal into many other losses, mostly unmourned, my work has expanded to include working with the bereaved in their other losses.
These losses most often include lost relationship trust, loss of a parent or sibling, loss of a beloved companion.
