As a Holistic Grief Practitioner & Certified Grief Educator, I support women, especially mothers, navigating profound grief, trauma, and emotional pain.

My approach blends compassionate grief support with holistic care, helping clients gently release emotional weight, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover meaning and purpose.

Jen is a Certified David Kessler Grief Educator offering services powered by transformative Core Energy Coaching methodology, coupled with a client-centered, listening-first approach. Jen blends curiosity with intuition to support individuals managing their own unique grief experiences.

Roxzelini Coaching + Consulting is a welcoming space for you to navigate anything and everything you are going through in an authentic way. Grief is a change you did not want and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are at in the areas where grief shows up – I’ve worked with clients navigating major transitions whether that be the loss of a loved one, divorce, loss of job/career, loss of identity after an injury, etc.

As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer structured grief recovery coaching packages using an educational & evidence-based action program that helps people address unresolved grief through a step-by-step process. These programs include The Grief Recovery Handbook as a guide, 1-on-1 & group support, weekly check-ins & journaling prompts. Grief Recovery coaching packages range from 4-6 weeks.

I offer holistic Death and End-of-Life Planning, Education, Advocacy and Guidance. I also offer Grief Education and Coaching.
