I help people move forward, rebuild & learn how to create a life after loss. In addition to the death of a loved on, the losses that I help people with include divorce, job loss, career change, moving, empty-nesting & more. Grief coaching packages range from 3-12 months.

As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer structured grief recovery coaching packages using an educational & evidence-based action program that helps people address unresolved grief through a step-by-step process. These programs include The Grief Recovery Handbook as a guide, 1-on-1 & group support, weekly check-ins & journaling prompts. Grief Recovery coaching packages range from 4-6 weeks.
