I am a Pet Loss Grief Coach/Certified Grief Educator. I companion pet parents through anticipatory grief, grief after loss (recent and delayed), guilt, trauma, and a number of other challenges and types of grief. I pride myself on my ability to actively listen, to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and have a keen understanding of the human/animal bond. Compassionate support for grieving souls. I encourage and equip the bereaved to take their next step in the dark valley of grief. By witnessing their unique journey and creating an individualized plan, we walk together because “No one should ever walk alone in grief.” My lived experiences enable me to specialize in traumatic loss, sudden loss, child loss, and death by suicide. I host online classes, meet one-on-one, and run specific grief groups. “We are best able to help the person we used to be.”

Grief can be complicated and even magnified by the effects of abuse and trauma. The losses are multiple and very often interconnected. This can create additional challenges and require a holistic approach.

I offer individualized care and support for you on your sacred journey of grief, creating a safe space for you to explore and heal those places where grief and trauma have intersected.
