I offer grief support for individuals and families navigating deep loss, with a focus on widows, widowers, and young or sudden loss.

My work combines gentle, non-clinical frameworks, creative expression, and practical tools for grief processing — including how to use AI as a safe, modern witness for hidden grief.

I work with clients both online (worldwide) and in-person (local to St. Louis).

Held was created with the intention of holding space for end-of-life experiences, to bring light into the mystery of death, and provide a safe place to confront fears which can lead to living a more connected and meaningful life.

Death changes us. It creates a “before” and “after” in our own life stories. I welcome clients who are open to allowing the experience of grief to reshape, transform and create a better “after” life but need help with the “how.”

In addition to certification as a Grief Educator, I have also received training and certification as Life Coach,  Communication and Leadership Coach, NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist which gives me additional skills, tools and techniques to guide clients in healing through grief and fully embracing life after loss.

I am a death doula specializing in 1:1 grief support where I provide gentle care for those grieving all kinds of loss. The types of grief I work with include (but aren’t limited to): traumatic death, parent loss, sibling loss, grandparent loss, pet loss, and losses related to significant life changes, such as a move or the end of a relationship.

I provide support virtually and work with clients around the world.
