Grief is a deeply personal journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. I provide compassionate online therapy (in English and Spanish) for individuals, couples, and groups who are processing loss and learning to move forward. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a pet, a life chapter, or any significant loss, I’m here to support you.
