Michele understands this not only through training but through lived experience with layered and compounded losses that reshaped how she viewed love, strength, and healing.

🌱 Private Coaching

Grief can shake the foundation of who you thought you were.
Private coaching offers a calm, confidential space to steady yourself again — to breathe, reflect, and rediscover the strength you didn’t know was still there.

Together, you’ll explore what’s been lost, what longs to be honored, and what still lives within you. You’ll learn body-first tools to calm the nervous system, release self-judgment, and rebuild trust in your own direction.

You’ll move:

I offer 1:1 sessions and group sessions.

As a multi award winning strategic hypnotherapist, mind coach, reiki healer, psychic-medium and intuitive development teacher and mentor, I incorporate a mind/body/spirit approach, covering the emotional impact as well as the physical and spiritual facets of grief, whenever needed.

I have also started a quaterly virtual death cafe!

I have personally experienced five difficult losses:

My father died  of cancer when I was 9 and I only started grieving when I turned 35. And that loss affected my whole child and adult life!

My soulmate who died of cancer when I was 27 years old only.

And I lost three close friends who died by suicide.

So I have ‘lived experience’ of how it feels to be a bereaved daughter, partner and friend.

For the time being, all the sessions are held either over zoom and I will also offer some in person sessions in France and Switzerland in the near future.

I help families in grief and trauma thrive in a new normal after a child’s catastrophic medical diagnosis.

I provide 1:1 online coaching and will soon offer a grief group around this same topic.
