I am a widow, mom, educator, and minister. I spent my career serving college students as an administrator and college chaplain. I have also served the local church as an Associate Pastor. 

My journey is deeply anchored in the belief that faith is a powerful force that can guide us through the most challenging moments of grief. As a devoted servant, and widow with young children, I have committed myself to intertwining the principles of faith with the journey of healing, recognizing that spiritual strength is a cornerstone for resilience.

Community-Centric Approach: Driven by the understanding that healing is most effective when tailored to the specific needs of the community. By weaving faith into the fabric of our collective journey, we create spaces where individuals can find strength in their spiritual beliefs, fostering a sense of unity, support, and shared purpose.

Creative Sanctuaries of Healing: By infusing creativity into the fabric of grief support, I aim to foster spaces where individuals can express their pain, hopes, and gratitude through art, music, and storytelling. Life Coaching

As a Soul Coach/Life Coach and Certified Grief Educator, I sit with people who wish to deepen their healing journey and live an authentic life.  After the death of a loved one, or other profound losses that can occur in life, a container of compassion and understanding and listening is key.  It is my heartfelt intent and privilege to provide this kind of space.  Together we walk through your journey with grief, at your pace.  Everyone’s journey is different and it’s important to honour that.   Also, when the time feels right for you, we might look at finding meaning and purpose in life, so that your inner peace and strength builds again.  There are a number of approaches in my medicine bag that will support you to alleviate some of the pain and suffering that we all experience when we are grieving and trying to make sense of life.

I work with people from all walks of life, who have experienced death, loss, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, work and career as well as financial challenges and who are interested in gaining more understanding of who they are now, and who they are not, and what they want to create for their future. It is a path of exploration and self-compassion, along with acceptance and respect.
