I am a counselor at heart with a business professional’s mind. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Professional School Counselor and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. I integrate my foundation in communication with therapeutic approaches to create space for clients to feel seen and heard with the goal of helping them achieve wholeness. My experience in the private sector, healthcare as well as education also allow me to have a multi-faceted perspective.
I believe humans are not meant to be perfect, but they can be made whole. Counseling provides a vehicle for clients to examine the pieces of their lives and learn how to put them together in a healthy way.
My goal is to provide high-quality care to clients, communities, and care providers.
