I work with grieving adults and active caregivers through one-on-one coaching, Healing Circles, and my signature writing circle, Journaling to Joy — bringing the same tool that once saved me to everyone I support. My approach pairs the discipline of a trained facilitator with the credibility of someone who has lived with grief and loss.
Guiding belief: grief changes us, but it doesn’t have to define us. With the right support, loss can become a doorway to greater wisdom, purpose, and joy.
