I am Christine Nordhill, founder of Ponteme AB – a Certified Grief Coach and Grief Educator.
I work with individuals at different stages of grief.
As a Certified Grief Educator, I offer support and education for those in the acute phase of grief, helping make sense of something that can feel overwhelming and isolating. This is not therapy, but a safe place to share your experience and be seen and heard without judgment.
As a Certified Grief Coach, I work with those who are no longer in acute grief but haven’t yet found a way to carry their grief and still move forward. I offer a specific grief coaching program of eight sessions; it is a structured journey, built on a proven framework, for those who are ready to begin learning to live alongside their loss and move forward with intention.
I also work with organizations, helping HR professionals and leaders recognize and respond to grief in the workplace through talks, workshops and coaching.
I work in English and Swedish, virtually and in person.
