1:1 Grief Support or Coaching
Personalized support to help you navigate loss with compassion and care. Sessions are guided from a somatic, trauma-informed lens, using breathwork, movement, and reflection to meet you where you are.
Monthly Grief Gathering
A welcoming community space to share, listen, and connect with others who understand. Each circle blends somatic practices with gentle reflections to help you feel less alone in your grief.
Resources for Navigating Anniversaries or Hard Days
Practical tools and compassionate guidance to support you through tender moments. Resources often include somatic practices, journaling, or grounding exercises to help honor your loved one and care for yourself.
Self-Paced Courses or Journal Prompts
Gentle invitations for reflection and healing that you can engage with at your own rhythm. These offerings incorporate somatic awareness and trauma-informed practices to deepen self-understanding.
Guided Meditations or Breathwork for Grief
Calming, body-based practices that help soothe the nervous system and create moments of peace. These sessions offer grounding, comfort, and gentle connection when emotions feel overwhelming.
Workshops or Retreats
Immersive experiences that combine education, somatic reflection, and restorative practices. Each gathering is designed to nurture healing, connection, and renewal in a supportive community.
In addition to individual and group offerings, I also partner with organizations to provide grief-informed workshops, trainings, and gatherings that support staff, students, and communities navigating change or loss. I welcome opportunities for collaboration with mission-driven organizations, educators, and fellow practitioners who share a commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed grief care.
