I provide Individual Counseling Services within South Carolina, both virtually and in-person.
I specialize in working with clients struggling with grief, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, life transitions, body image, and disordered eating. I am a certified grief educator specializing in supporting those suffering after the loss of a loved one or overwhelmed by the pressures of caregiver responsibilities.
My approach is humanistic and integrative, rooted in compassion and a deep respect for each client’s individuality. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and that healing often means reconnecting with the wisdom already within you. My role is to help you reconnect with that wisdom—gently, bravely, and with care.
