Services Offered

Hello,

My name is Hannah. In 2015 my best friend Lauren died suddenly; since then, I’ve realized the stark lack of friend-loss grief support in this world. Especially in the first few years of my grief, I felt incredibly isolated and alone. Now, I don’t want anyone else who’s grieving a friend to feel alone.

If you’re grieving or missing a friend — I am so sorry. I’m sorry that on top of an already horrible loss, our society doesn’t value platonic love as much as romantic or familial love. I’m sorry that friend-loss grief has so few resources, and is disenfranchised.

I would be honored to walk alongside you in your grief. I offer peer-to-peer friend-loss groups (virtual and in-person), and other resources on my website. Please feel free to reach out to me via email.

Sending you love.

-Hannah
