I provide coaching and mentorship for people in grief.  Having experienced multiple deaths within my immediate family, and as the primary caregiver for an aging parent, now deceased, grief and I are old friends.  I draw on my experience as a bereaved daughter, sister, cousin, niece, and friend along with my professional experience as a Development Coach, Business Professional, Dare to Lead Facilitator, and Grief Educator to show up for each client offering space and grace to support them to honor their own grief, and navigate their own experience.

If you are looking for a safe space to navigate emotions, want to better understand the grieving process, be accepted regardless of how you are feeling, and ultimately feel a sense of peace and progress, let’s connect.
