My goal is to help you better understand your challenges, the dynamics of your relationships, your history, and yourself in a safe and caring environment. My treatment style is rooted in an evidenced-based/strengths-based approach utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. At the center of my practice is a collaborative relationship with clients and the desire to support their development by encouraging self-understanding, skills development, and self-compassion.
