Professional Certifications and Licenses

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a specialization in working with women, grief, and trauma. I hold a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University.

In addition to my clinical training, I am a Certified Grief Educator, trained through the David Kessler Grief Educator Program, equipping me to compassionately support individuals through all types of loss.

I also hold advanced certifications from the renowned Albert Ellis Institute in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as certification in Suicide Prevention. My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and always grounded in empathy and respect for your unique journey.

Services Offered

1:1 Therapeutic Session
During one-on-one psychotherapy sessions, I provide a compassionate and confidential space to explore the issues you want to address—including grief, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions—and the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and shift patterns that may be hindering your well-being. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, a relationship, or a significant life change, I will support you in creating a personalized plan for healing, growth, and forward movement.

Group Therapy Session
Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals facing similar experiences—including grief—can connect, heal, and grow together. Participants are encouraged to share openly, learn from one another, and practice new coping strategies, all while being guided by my professional support. Grief groups are available for those navigating death, loss, or major life transitions.

Corporate Consulting Session
I partner with small businesses and corporations to foster emotionally intelligent, grief-informed workplaces.
