I’m Krista (she/her), Writer, Holistic Embodiment Coach + Joyful Living Educator. I help brave, weary, curious women+ in the middle season of life journey to freedom and wholeness as they learn to befriend their true self, reclaim their voice and agency, and remember how to feel safe, at home + joyful in their body and their life in every season. Even the hardest of them.
My clients include therapists, physicians, educators, pastors, coaches, creatives, researchers, social workers, business owners, grieving parents, women on leave from work due to chronic illness, and more.
