My name is Kristyn. While my mom died when I was young, I was also widowed at the age of 33 when my fiance died suddenly. My whole word shattered without any notice, and I found myself navigating a life I hadn’t planned for and wasn’t sure how to survive. Over the years I have come to learn that grief is a constant companion of mine, and that tending to my grief is what my heart and soul need. Grief and I walk alongside each other as I continue to reimagine and explore what life looks like now.
I work with clients in the following ways:

1:1 Virtual Grief Witnessing: If you’re feeling alone, and looking for a safe space to explore your pain alongside someone else, this is the space to do that.
