Services Offered

Grief counseling and grief education is a central component of my practice.  I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families to process anticipatory grief, complicated grief, prolonged grief, traumatic loss, disenfranchised grief, cumulative losses, and delayed grief reactions.  I also support clients as they face end-of-life concerns for themselves or their loved ones.  I will always honor the reality of your loss and the pain of your grief, while we work together to help you re-establish a sense of purpose, joy, and meaning going forward.

I have a passion for supporting caregivers at every stage.  I work with individuals providing full-time caregiving, adult children coordinating support for aging parents or ill family members, those who find themselves a part of the sandwich generation, and those who have recently lost a loved one in their care.  Whether you are someone stepping into a caregiving role for the first time, managing long-term responsibilities, or struggling with caregiver burnout, we will work together to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to creating sustainable rhythms, from experiencing guilt to establishing healthy boundaries, and from feeling isolated to finding spaces of supported resilience and confidence.

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as trauma-informed and grief-informed care. I also have extensive training in other evidence-based and mindfulness-based therapies that I integrate into my practice, including Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Restorative Retelling for traumatic grief, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, somatic approaches, and bilateral stimulation techniques such as EMDR.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), a Certified Grief Educator, and a Certified Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach.  My approach is collaborative, practical, and deeply compassionate, helping individuals and couples move through major life transitions with clarity, steadiness, and a sense of purpose.
