I am a psychotherapist, and a certified grief educator. I provide short term brief psychotherapy to reduce suffering in the areas of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I use an integrative approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family system, and EMDR to work through trauma and creating a path of healing and meaningful growth. Our narrative gives us the power to be the change we want to be as we grow and heal.
