Grief is not a linear journey, nor is it something to be “fixed” or rushed through. It can arrive in waves – sometimes gentle, sometimes overwhelming, and it often touches every part of who we are. Loss can change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us, leaving us feeling unsteady, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
You are the expert on your grief and your lived experience. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and care, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where your pain can be acknowledged and honored. Together, we will explore what your loss means to you, at your pace, and in a way that respects your unique story, values, and needs.
Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a sense of identity, or a future you once imagined, I approach this work with gentleness, empathy, and a trauma-informed lens. Through deeper self-understanding and emotional support, I will help you find steadier ground, integrate your loss, and reconnect with life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
