Are you feeling alone and misunderstood? You often find yourself seeking ways to have better relationships, reduce emotional strains such as anxiety, stress, and depression, heal from the suffering associated with a loss, or try to adjust to life’s changes so they don’t feel so overwhelming and nothing seems to work. There are things from your past that you are struggling with that have been weighing you down and keeping you from moving forward or enjoying life. My passion is to work alongside women to help them adjust, heal, and overcome challenges so they can feel empowered to build the life they want to live.
I specialize in working with women in grief and trauma. I also work through various factors, such as life transitions, relational concerns, family conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress and anger management, and suicidal ideation. I integrate Christian empowerment, spirituality, and a holistic approach as it fits the needs of the client.
You will better understand your emotions, walk away with practical coping techniques, increase your awareness, and work towards coping with the past to understand how to prepare for situations in the future. Together, we will help you clear your thoughts, calm your mind, feel rejuvenated, and live a happier and healthier life.
In working together, my goal is to provide a listening ear, guidance, and new strategies as we help you cope, heal faster, and achieve your dreams.
