Held was created with the intention of holding space for end-of-life experiences, to bring light into the mystery of death, and provide a safe place to confront fears which can lead to living a more connected and meaningful life.
Death changes us. It creates a “before” and “after” in our own life stories. I welcome clients who are open to allowing the experience of grief to reshape, transform and create a better “after” life but need help with the “how.”
In addition to certification as a Grief Educator, I have also received training and certification as Life Coach, Communication and Leadership Coach, NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist which gives me additional skills, tools and techniques to guide clients in healing through grief and fully embracing life after loss.
