Grief can feel incredibly isolating, especially in a world that often expects people to “move on” long before they are ready. I believe grief deserves to be witnessed, acknowledged, and supported — not rushed or fixed.
As a Certified Grief Educator, Grief Coach, and Thanatology student, I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support for individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and anticipatory grief. My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on helping people learn how to carry grief alongside their everyday lives.
I offer virtual and phone-based 1:1 grief coaching sessions for adults looking for support, reflection, and a safe space to talk openly about their experiences. Together, we explore the realities of grief while helping you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your life after loss.
I also facilitate grief support programs and community grief circles designed to help people feel less alone in their experiences. In addition, I am passionate about creating grief support spaces specifically for men, recognizing that men’s grief is often internalized, overlooked, or unsupported.
My work supports individuals experiencing many forms of grief and loss, including death loss, anticipatory grief, caregiving, identity loss, relationship changes, and major life transitions.
You do not have to navigate grief alone.
