My work is rooted in the understanding that grief is not limited to death; it can also appear through identity shifts, career changes, relationship endings, caregiving, family transitions, and the loss of a future we thought we were building.
Through compassionate coaching, reflective conversation, and practical support, I help clients process change, reconnect with themselves, and begin moving forward without minimizing what they have lost. My approach creates space for both grief and growth, honoring the emotional reality of transition while helping people find clarity, meaning, and a renewed sense of direction.
