I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Professional, Certified Grief Educator, with a deep commitment to supporting people through grief, loss and some of life’s most challenging transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and strength based techniques.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your emotions, explore what healing looks like for you and build resilience at your pace. My goal is to walk alongside you to help you feel seen, heard, supported and empowered to navigate life’s difficulties with hope, connection and self-compassion.
