Moving forward doesn’t mean letting go – it means holding on differently. So, wherever you are in your grief, that’s where we’ll begin! I offer a collaborative approach coupled with authenticity, honesty, and humor. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is an eye-movement therapy proven to be effective in treating a variety of struggles, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, and phobias. Give me a call/text or schedule a free 30-minute consultation – let’s see if we’re a good fit!
